Sorry, no section 8, too much trouble dealing with Section 8 with rentals years past. First months rent, full months deposit and 3 years of job and landlord history. No non-refundable fees. It will be fully painted and will have new carpeting and windows. There will be a new roof on the carport. I'm providing some photos that were taken before the prior renter moved in. The new carpet and blinds will be different. Especially with new carpet, no pets please. Please don't go on to the property. The workers are living there right now. Mid next week, it should be available for viewing. It's on a quiet street, with good neighbors. There's 3 small to average sized bedrooms, a small bath, above average sized kitchen with a small eating area, and a large basement that can be used for storage only. During times of heavy rains it may get damp. Two sump pumps and a floor drain keep it from every flooding. There's covered parking for 2 cars. Although this does have 3 legal bedrooms, it is not large to be comfortable for several people as the dining area is limited. It does offer good privacy as 3 people can have their own bedrooms. |
