We screen all potential tenants for rental history, credit background and criminal background and other criteria. We provide detailed accounting of all repairs. We have agreements in place with local contractors for small repairs and we bid out all major repairs for competitive pricing. Our short vacancy periods are attributed to our quality marketing. We provide lots of pictures and online advertising to ensure your property stays occupied. At A&G we take pride in the level of personal service afforded to our clients.
