For 30 + years our family has experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of being an investor, a landlord and a tenant. It's hard on everyone in the family when problems arise! Tami and I began our military career as Enlisted Soldiers, earned our NCO Chevrons and have just retired as commissioned officers.
