Property Management services for residential properties. Leasing includes Matching people with their New Homes.Setting appointments, showing the property, running background checks on perspective new tenants,preparing lease & closing the transaction with new tenants. Video property prior to tenants move-in, calling water,gas,electric & transferring to tenants names at move in & move-out. Each month the tenants will pay rents on the first ,money will be deposited & all transactions will be calculated & money will be mailed with monthly computer statement to all Owners. Tenants call in Maintenance requests and are dealt with by Direct Homes as per individual Owner instructions. Upon move out of tenants Direct Homes Management will video move out conditions for documentation and pay appropriate bills such as final water bills and any cleanup or damage repairs as documented and pay from security deposit then refund balance mailed to tenants at their new address.

We will look at the properties with investors prior to them buying. We take pictures, advertise, set up showings ,screen perspective tenants, & complete lease. We video tape the property prior to tenants move-in & upon move out for documentation. This is good for Owners and Tenants. Each month we collect the rents & send payments less expenses to owners along with statements. Direct Homes Management Inc has 24 hour voice mail, email, and fax. Any maintenance issues reported from tenants will be addressed as per Owners instructions.
