Laurel Property Services, Inc. has been in business since 1988. We currently manage about 300 units. We are proud members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and The Golden Chamber of Commerce. All of the licensed agents in the office are Realtors. Sondra Welsh the broker/owner and started in the property management business helping her Grandmother in Cheyenne Wyoming at the age of 12 and then moved to Colorado and was licensed in the State of Colorado in 1992. She worked for the original owner, Laurie (Laurel) Johnson for 5 years, then purchased the company. She graduated from the Lakewood Crime Free Housing Classes, Golden Citizen’s Police Academy and Jefferson County Citizen’s Police Academy. As well as a proud member of the Golden Lions Club, the education chair for the Denver chapter of NARPM and a volunteer at the Golden Veteran’s of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 4171.
