Since that time, Terra has expanded to become the premier property management company in Ventura County, now including a residential brokerage division, as well as providing products for large financial institutions. Owner and business innovator Larry Nease brings over 30 years experience with him in the residential and commercial real estate industry. During his career, Larry has worked for companies such as Intel, and Sumitomo Life Realty (NY) Inc. He is a recognized expert in the real estate industry and has been a featured speaker on various radio programs. Larry brings this vast body of knowledge and experience to head Terra Property Management. You can have complete confidence in his ability to manage every aspect of the residential rental properties market. In addition, Larry has also been a part-time instructor with UCLA since 1984. During his teaching career, he has taught over 3,000 students in courses such as Investment Analysis, Real Estate Principles, and Real Estate Practice. He is eminently qualified to deftly manage residential rental properties for his loyal clientele. Not without note, Terra Property Management is a company that is concerned about the environment.
