We offer full service property management of residential single family homes, condominiums, town homes and small multifamily homes located in the Seminole and NW Orange county areas. Services include listing, leasing and professional management of your home according to Federal laws, Florida Statutes and local laws. All applicants are screened according to established rental criteria and in accordance with Fair Housing laws. Leases are prepared by a Florida attorney in accordance with Florida Statutes. Rent is payable through online Tenant Portal subject to certain criteria. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day seven days per week including weekends and holidays, through our approved vendors. Owner proceeds are distributed monthly via online Owner Portal along with monthly statement of income and expenses, and year-end statement issued for tax purposes. Interim property condition reports along with photographs of interior and exterior supplied to owner and tenants.
