The Barcelona at Beaverton is a 47-unit, four-story affordable housing apartment building in downtown (Old Town) Beaverton. The Barcelona provides active community space – including a ground-floor entry plaza – and resident areas such as a community room, an outdoor patio and solarium on the top floor for gathering space.

The Barcelona building was designed and constructed to Green Communities standards. Public art, raised planters, a living wall, and a transit shelter topped with a green roof are some amenities the community at large can enjoy.
