Casa Viola is a semi-detached house, part of a larger terraced building, which is enclosed by a fenced garden.
It’s on two levels with a private garden on three sides and a parking area with exclusive use on the front. The house is recently built (2010) and has a 2,000-litre water reservoir.
An outdoor area with table, chairs and a built barbeque is available.
Downstairs there’s the living room with a kitchenette, fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a sofa bed, table and chairs, and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor you can find another bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large wardrobe and one with bunk beds and an extra bed with fitted wardrobe. It’s possible to place a cot in the large bedroom for a baby.

Air conditioning is fitted in all rooms (ground floor and rooms).
