1st Choice Property Management, Inc. is privately owned and was formed in 1993 to manage family owned properties. We are now a full-service property management and real estate service company serving Tarrant County. If you own a single family residence or duplex and are looking for professional management, look no further! Our services are designed to create the opportunity for you to maximize your cash flow with fairness to both you and the Tenant, all within the constraints of Texas Landlord/ Tenant Laws. Our reputation is not to be exceeded – just ask our current clients. If you are looking to rent a home, we have a variety of residences for lease.
