4M Property Management was founded in early 2013 as a residential property management company. A company founded on Christian-based principles, we provide the very highest level of service to investors, owners, and tenants. Our Founder and Property Manager in Charge, Daniel Madison, was first introduced to property management in 2007. Daniel stated “during a relocation from Columbia back to Greenville, SC our family found ourselves needing to sell a home in the early stages of one of the worst real estate markets in decades. As a result of not being able to sell, we decided to rent the home and use a property manager. We learned a lot over the next several years about being a landlord, property management, SC law, and the ups and downs of renting a home. “ In 2011, Daniel simultaneously sold his rental property and his partnership shares in the company he relocated with. Daniel said “after almost 9 years of being a minority shareholder I was ready to step out on my own and combine my business skills with my personal experiences and beliefs to introduce a company that could provide the level of service that I desired when I was a landlord.” 4M Property Solutions hopes that we will have an opportunity to be part of your rental story, whether it’s as an owner, investor, or as a tenant.
