PURE Property Management of Arizona (previously Bennett Property Management) is located in downtown Mesa, Arizona. Established in 1996, our roots are very deep within our community. Now operating as PURE Property Management of Arizona, we focus on providing rental investment property owners exceptional management of single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and apartments throughout Maricopa and Pinal counties. Our strengths are residential real estate management, leasing and accounting. We attend seminars and national conventions, belong to property management associations and subscribe to professional publications to stay up to date with the ever changing legislation, liabilities and rules and regulations pertaining to property owner and tenant rights. We are a charter member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and the first company in Arizona to earn the CRMC® (Certified Residential Management Company) designation.
