We are a family owned corporation that have been in business since the mid 1950's. We do not manage other owners properties. We take pride in the service provided to our tenants. Our buildings are always maintained and upgraded when possible. Our lease properties are primarily 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car carport duplexes at about 1,050 square feet with fenced in yards, washer and dryer connections. Tenants pay their own utilities and mow their own back yards. We also have 3 bed 2 bath and 2 bed 1 bath homes in Benbrook and Fort Worth.
