Screening & Rent Collection We conduct an extensive screening process on all potential tenants, including FICO Credit Check, Criminal Background Check, Eviction Check, Employment Verification, and Rental Reference Verification, all at no additional cost to you. We handle everything, from procuring a lease, moving your qualified tenant in, collection of all rent, handle all maintenance requests from the tenants and make sure they are fulfilled, ensure that all rules and regulations are being followed by the tenants, complete inspections, and ensure your funds are paid to you promptly. Inspections & Maintenance We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out that include documentation of the property’s condition. While your property is occupied, we conduct routine inspections to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner and resolved to keep your investment in excellent condition. Evictions Our main goal is to procure a tenant that will not require eviction, however, things can happen that change their situation. We will work with the tenant when possible to correct any issues before we begin any eviction proceedings. Should it become necessary, we will file the eviction paperwork in court.
