HOMES4LEASE PROVIDES DETAILED ACCOUNTING. Company policy is to remit rental proceeds to our Clients by the 10th day of the month. We send out a complete accounting of all income and expenses each month. Delinquent tenants are courteously reminded, then served strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, and their lease. Our Services

Homes4lease, LLC is owned and managed by John Terrell & Ray Callicott. They purchased the company in January 2009 from its original founder, Allan Garland, upon retiring. Ray Callicott has experience in home building & earned his Provisional Sales Associates License in 2011. John Terrell began working for Allan Garland in February 2006 in multiple capacities, earning his Provisional Sales Associate License that year, then his Sales Associate License the following year. Upon purchase of the company, he earned his Brokers License and is now Managing Broker for the Firm. He and Homes4lease, LLC both maintain an active Brokers License in the State of Oklahoma.
