History Established in 1983, Oak Tree Realtors has been family owned and operated since its inception. In 1988, seeing a demand for competent personalized property management services, Oak Tree expanded into that field, in addition to continue to offer expertise in the field of Real Estate Sales and Listing. Today Oak Tree manages over 600 single-family homes, duplex, and apartment units. We are proud to offer a majority of the finest rental properties in the Rogue Valley. Our family-owned and operated office is dedicated to the goal of providing the best and most thorough professional service possible. Our Staff Our General Manager is Tim McCullough, who is the primary owner liaison and is also involved in real estate sales and listings. Melissa James, our Office Manager, is responsible for dealing with tenant concerns. Application Coordinator Linda Fields assures that rental applications are processed swiftly and thoroughly to minimize vacancy time. Natasha Humphries heads up our Maintenance Department. She, along with her assistants, utilize a number of competent repair and cleaning personnel to allow us to provide the most reasonably priced and efficient services. Staff members schedule routine monthly property drive-by inspections, regular comprehensive interior inspections of all properties, and personally evaluate repair situations to attempt to save our owners expensive service calls whenever possible. Erica Agesen is our Accounting Supervisor. She keeps the tenants' and owners' accounting current at all times, so that owners' funds can be disbursed to them as quickly as possible after receipt.

We truly will "treat your property as if it’s our own." Some of Our Services We will coordinate repairs to ready your property for rent and to maintain it in good condition. If you wish, we will pay your mortgage or any other property-related bills. For your convenience we can deposit your monthly disbursement check directly to your bank account. Our complete tenant screening includes landlord and employment verifications, credit check and criminal records inquiry. Prior to each tenant move-in, we will perform a complete walk-through and videotape the entire property. Our Property Inspector’s sole duties are to perform monthly drive-by exterior inspections and bi-annual interior visits. You will receive a monthly comprehensive computerized, easy-to-read statement, customized to your needs.
