Olde Towne Golden Realty, LLC is a full service real estate company which includes property management and real estate sales. Kathleen Smith has managed rental properties for 30+ years. Her experience is in single family homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes and has managed commercial property as well. Along with her real estate license, Kathleen has her Common Area Manager (CAM) license which qualifies her to manage homeowners associations.
