WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? We live our tag line "Quality Tenants for Quality Homes". Our homeowners and our tenants tend to be professionals whose appreciation for good real estate shows. Only homes that are in above average condition make it into our portfolio and we offer periodic inspections throughout the year to keep them that way. FEES: Surprisingly to most, we only charge one half of the first month's rent to secure qualified tenants. Our renewal and other fees are also extremely budget friendly. Why so low? We understand that high-end homeowners don't necessarily want high-end expenses. SIZE: Are we a huge company? Not at all. We are boutique in size and will always be for 3 main reasons: 1) We want to remain hands on with every single one of our properties. 2) A keen focus on quality over quantity attracts tenants who homeowners desire most - so much so, we are 100% leased a few times a year. 3) A smaller operation means we can transfer savings to homeowners which affords longer leasing relationships.
