Shearer Realty Inc. opened for business in May of 2006. Dave Shearer is the Owner and Broker in Charge. Dave has been in the Charlotte Real Estate market since 2002 and has earned his RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation from the Natioal Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Andrew Shearer, Dave's son works as a Property Manager and also holds a Broker's licence for North Carolina. Both Dave and Andrew are members of the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association. (Realtors) George Cook; Maintenance Manager and Betty White; Office Manager round out the Shearer Realty team. We are a smaller firm dedicated to providing customer service to both Owners and Tenants.
