Spaces is the market leader in property management services. We provide full-service property management for single family rental owners, condo owners, apartment communities, and real estate investors. We offer a full array of homes, condos and apartments for prospective renters. Spaces was founded in 2005 to manage one newly constructed condominium association in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Our founder, Andy Turner, was involved in the development and sales of several more new condominium communities. The success of these communities and the need for professional management lead to an expanded vision to create a professional management company focused on providing stellar service in every area of residential real estate. Through a focus on customer service and standards of excellence as set out in our Vision and Core Values, we have grown to be the leading provider of property management services in Tuscaloosa, and we are nationally recognized for our third-party student housing management services, and our development services. Spaces is made up of four distinct departments, each focused on one area, but working together to provide a superior customer experience. Our departments are Property Management (Single Family Rentals, Student Housing, and Conventional Multifamily Housing), Condominium and Association Management, Real Estate Brokerage, and Development. The structure of these departments enables us to provide each service individually as needed, or we can bring the full expertise of all departments to provide a comprehensive solution from site-selection, acquisition, entitlements, financing, pre-leasing and project completion to stabilization and disposition.
