Vintage Real Estate has been serving Tampa and surrounding communities for over eight years. We currently manage over 1,000 properties that total more than $150 million in assets. Our team consists of 2 brokers, 6 full time staff members , and 30 agents, who service our local properties, and enable us to grow every year. There are a few specific items that help us do our job so well. To successfully manage properties, we recognize the need to invest in technology. That’s why we use the best software in the property management industry. We also understand that continued growth and outstanding client services requires continuing education. Our specialized property management and contracting expertise comes from the top down. Dave Sigler, the owner/broker of Vintage Real Estate Services, has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has also been involved in real estate and property management for over 10 years. This has contributed to the expansion and achievement of our maintenance and contracting division.
