Ruff but ready. No marble playing is this little shack because the floors are very uneven. But, there's a great lake view from an elevated deck. Some furniture but nothing of value. There is a bedroom downstairs and a sleeping area upstairs (no closet). Walk to work in the Village. Some storage area under the building.
