Front yard is ugly but small (just did a major watermain upgrade) but an amazing backyard with very large and beautiful lawn (gardening is included). Washer/Dryer hookups in large two-car garage. Large driveway. Stainless Appliances. On the end of a large cul-de-sac with little traffic. No neighbors on three sides. Refrigerator not included, but we can make an agreement if needed. Westside Fairfield. Great schools. No smoking indoors, no pets, and no liquid furniture. The response has been overwhelming so to save some time: No pets. No fridge.
