It comes fully furnished including a full kitchen, kitchenware, and linens. There is a murphy pull down bed on the lanai. The lanai has storm shutters that can be completely closed. There is also a pull out couch bed. There is one assigned, uncovered parking stall that comes with the apartment too. The parking is secured.

The San Souci is a secured and private beach front building. Take the elevator or stairs down and you will be at the gate leading to the beautiful Kaimana Beach.
