There is a $60.00 application fee per applicant 18 years of age and older. Tenant pays a $65 flat fee for W/S/T in addition to rent.

Pet policy: Pets will be approved on a case by case basis, breed restrictions apply. Fees: $450 non refundable fee per pet. Pet rent for dogs $50/mo. for cats $35/mo. We do not charge deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. Please note, select units have pet restrictions, the applicant is to verify all information.

A refundable security deposit will be due within 48 hours of approval and is equal to one month's rent. An additional deposit may be required depending on qualifying factors.

A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $150 will be due at lease signing. $350 of the security deposit will be a non-refundable charge, and withheld, at the end of the lease for floor cleaning.

Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 14 days. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 14 days of the expected availability date.
