Thank you for your interest in Campus Edge Condominiums. We offer convenience and affordability under one great roof!! We have two great floor plans to choose from. One is a "share unit"(Max: 1 person per side), where you have your own private bedroom and bathroom, but share a kitchen area with the tenant on the other side. All utilities are included and some furniture. The only item we do not supply is a mattress and box spring. This is your responsibility. You do not have to be a college student to live here.

The other type of unit we have is a efficiency(MAX: 2 people) unit where everything is in one room. No sharing of anything in this one!! Again, all utilities and furniture included, but you are responsible for your own bedding.

The rental rates are 375.00 for the share unit for a 12 month lease. (6 months 400.00) The efficiency unit is 500.00 for a 12 month lease.(525.00 for 6 months). To get the process started, you can come in and fill out an application and it will be a $50 application fee (cash only). Also, bring your most recent pay stub and and your photo ID. Applicant's total monthly income must be equal to or exceed 3 times the monthly rental amount.

Once approved, there's a $500 Security Deposit, $150 Administration Fee and First months rent.
