Waverly Surf is a waterfront community perched right on the banks of the Willamette River with their own dock. In the charming Sellwood neighborhood of Portland, we are just a few blocks from grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques and shopping. Public transportation, the Springwater Bike/Walking Path, and Sellwood Riverfront Park with a beach are also nearby. Great schools that serve the area include Duniway Elementary, Sellwood Middle School, and Cleveland High School.

The spacious Waverly Surf Apartments feature one and two bedroom apartment homes with large decks, fireplaces, and washer/dryer hook-ups. We also have on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking. Some units offer a sweeping view of the river, while others feature updated lighting, flooring, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Our recreation room offers billiards, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, an exercise bike, and darts.
