We currently have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath downstairs unit that is close to schools, a park, and shopping and is on the city bus line, a 700 square foot unit. The unit includes a refrigerator, stove, Garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. It rents for $1095 a month with a $2000 deposit. The $2000 deposit can be split into paying 1000 down upon move-in and $100 monthly payments until paid off. Most of these are refundable—all except for a blind cleaning fee of $80 and a $100 carpet cleaning fee. We also have an application fee of $40 per adult. It is on a first come first serve basis and once we have accepted your application with a fee, we do not accept any other applications on that unit unless you are denied.
