Qualifications: We look for a 650 credit score, and income 3x the monthly rent. Additional information can be found on our application.

Security deposit is equal to one months rent. With pets we raise this to 1.5x the monthly rent. In cases where income or credit is below our requirements, 2x the monthly rent in security deposit may be required.

Upon Acceptance: Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 48 hours of acceptance. A months rent will be due upon move-in. If lease begins after the first of the month, a prorated rent will be charged.

Pet policy: With pets the security deposit is raised to 1.5x the monthly rent, and pet rent is $25 per pet a month. $35 for two pets. All pets are subject to owner approval.

Additional Fees:
Application Fee - $45 per adult (18 and over)
Filter Maintenance Program - $10/Month in homes with central air. We will ship high quality air filters to your doorstep.
Resident Liability Program - We require renters insurance during your residency. We can provide coverage for $12.95/mo. You are also welcome to provide your own policy.
