The Fountains at Andover feature an open floor plan equipped with all of your modern conveniences; gourmet kitchens with all major appliances including built-in microwave, utility room with washer and dryer installed, walk-in closets, and a balcony/patio area.

Our AHI, non-smoking apartment homes are fully furnished and tastefully accessorized, including a full-sized washer and dryer. Linens for the bed and bath are included as well as a fully equipped kitchen including the following: dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, etc. A vacuum, broom, mop, iron and ironing board are also provided. Flat screen TVs are in the living room and bedroom(s). Our service provides one invoice that includes ALL utilities, wireless internet, cable, telephone with free long distance service in the U.S., furniture and the housewares.
